Korg G3 multi effects

If you run across a used G3 for less than a eighty bucks, grab it. This is probably the most hassle-free multi effects processor ever built. The rotary adjustments allow you to easily fine tune your settings as you play. Good sounding basic effects (reverb, chorus, flange, delay) and three banks for crunch, lead and clean tones. The sounds are truly inspiring.

I bought this 2nd hand without a manual. How old is it? Where can I find info about it? As you say, chorus, flange are good, distortion not so great depending on setting. Seems like the kind of thing you tweak and find sweet spots. Any tips? please email me: davidarlette@gmail.com

Have trouble getting OUT of memory mode, and back to what the knobs are. What colour should the light be for that to happen? Can it store presets once turned off, etc.

Can’t seem to turn delay right off, or is that the compressor kicking out and in?

    Many thanks

Oh, one more, how do you get the effects as stereo? Is there a special lead?

    Cheers
